  • Half Day: Up to 6 hours
  • Full Day: Up to 12 hours
  • Hourly Minimums: 3-hour minimum on weekends | 2-hour minimum on weekdays

Sunshine Room (Blush Side)

  • Capacity: Up to 75 people
  • Size: 1,100 sq ft
  • Availability: Year-round
  • Note: For Saturday daytime inquiries, please check availability in advance.

Rates:

  • Weekends starting at: $375
  • Weekdays starting at: $170

Moon Room (Society Side)

  • Capacity: 30–40 people
  • Size: 720 sq ft
  • Availability: Year-round

Rates:

  • Weekends starting at: $270
  • Weekdays starting at: $140

Sky Lounge (Middle Room Add-On Only)

  • Capacity: 20–25 people
  • Size: 440 sq ft
  • Availability: Year-round
  • Add-On Option: Add the Sky Lounge to either the Sunshine Room or Moon Room for $35/hr

The Skyline (All Three Rooms Combined)

  • Capacity: Up to 125 people
  • Availability: Year-round

Rates:

  • Weekend: $1,200 Half Day | $1,750 Full Day
  • Weekday: $950 Half Day | $1,200 Full Day

No hourly rate available – Half Day minimum applies.

If you prefer we set up your space, let us know! We have many options for you.

  • Set Up under 25 people: $50 includes set up tables, chairs and our event space decor/furniture
  • Set Up over 25 people: $100 includes set up tables, chairs and our event space decor/furniture
  • Take Down – $50 to $100 includes take down of tables, chairs and our event space decor only

Damage/Cleaning & Security Deposit are required upon booking and refundable if the space, rooms, and all supplies (including linens and furniture) are returned in the same condition.

Access to the Event Space is 15 minutes prior to the time booked, your time booked needs to include your set up, takedown and cleanup.

We can provide a preferred vendor list to help make your event seamless and tailored to your vision.
